FIRM believes financial transparency benefits our mission in the Florida Keys. Our annual reports and 990 filings are always available to the public to ensure we are responsible stewards of the public and private financial support of our members.
What is FIRM is doing today?
State leaders insist they’ve resolved Florida’s property insurance crisis. Florida homeowners aren’t buying it.
They’re reporting surging premiums, a staggering rate of being dropped by their insurers, and deep dissatisfaction with the coverage they’re getting.
Overall, 55% (of homeowners) see no signs the insurance market is improving, and 26% contend it is getting worse.
