Dear Members / Affiliates,
We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Ciera Smith as our new Chief Executive Officer — a dynamic and inspiring leader who brings fresh energy, vision, and a deep commitment to our mission.
Ciera has built a career defined by strategic leadership, community connection, and forward-thinking advocacy. With more than a decade of experience in public affairs, government relations, and organizational development, she has led major initiatives for associations, nonprofits, and elected officials that have empowered communities and strengthened the Realtor voice across Florida.

Her work with local governments, community organizations, and state agencies demonstrates the kind of visionary leadership and operational acumen that will serve our association’s future.
Ciera believes deeply that our organization thrives when our members, partners, and communities thrive. Her energy, creativity, and dedication to progress mark the beginning of a new era of engagement, innovation, and growth for us all.
