The program provides a free wind mitigation home inspection and up to $10,000 for eligible homeowners to fortify their homes against storms—from roof and deck attachments to window upgrades.

While the My Safe Florida Home program for single-family homes recently received $280 million in funding, the My Safe Florida Condo Pilot Program’s funding is tied to the overall legislative appropriation and the specific funding allocated for the condominium component of the program, which is distinct from the single-family homeowner grants. The 2025 application period for the My Safe Florida Condo Program opened July 1.
